We have an opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Team.
Reporting to our Food and Beverage Manager, this role is responsible for
managing our main restaurant Azure Bar and Grill which is open for Breakfast,

**Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to** , managing
reservations, meeting & greeting guests, and customers, ensuring the smooth
operation of the Restaurant reservation system, supporting your managers and
team leaders, managing stock control, labour costs, and SOP’s. Communicate to
your team new products, dishes, beverages, and daily specials to ensure their
product knowledge and service structures are maintained. You will develop
strong relationships with other departments and champion a team that provides
support and encouragement within F & B to ensure a smooth and efficient
service.

candidates who are reliable, have a strong work ethic, able to work in a fast-

The Quality control (QC) Assistant inspects, tests, and samples equipment,
products & raw materials for defects and any deviations from specifications
Throughout the manufacturing process. The QC will alert/escalate anything that
does not meet with company standards, including products, materials, and
equipment used by the company in processing. The QC will observe production
operations and equipment to ensure that specifications are being met and to
make or order necessary adjustments to processes or assemblies. The QC will
discuss results and findings with supervisor on shift and recommend any
required corrective actions. A keen attention to detail is central to the job
in order to detect defects that could be easily missed by the consumer but
still present a safety risk, and the ability to communicate clearly and
effectively when reporting issues and defects is necessary. An QC should be
able to interpret Procedures & Work Instructions and that detail product
specifications. The QC Position is a dynamic role & individuals will be
comfortable working in a FMCG environment & pressures related to that.

* Conduct acceptable quality level checks on raw materials at receival, storage and pre-processing;
* Conduct checks on finished product to ensure quality standards are achieved;

full-time chefs to join our team. We are looking for a creative, organised,

We require up to 20 people to assist in harvesting, cutting, planting crops
and crop care in Murrabit West, Victoria on a medicinal cannabis farm.
